The past few days have been rather.. eventful, but not productive at all. Productive as in, able to complete any of the undone holiday homework or do some revision. Well, i'm left with three days and i'm going to finish everything within those three days ( I'm obviously in my self delusion here ). No, I'm not one of those who goes " Ahh, I don't give a flying fuck about homework. " or, " What's homwork? " ... Well, maybe abit. Oh forget it, I'll just cross the bridge when i come to it.
Lets do a quick recap on the past few days of the holiday...
Went out to Vivocity to catch up with friends on Tuesday. Met at Jurong and took 143 there. Halfway through the ride, a group of Japanese women boarded the bus, talking at the back of the bus like nobody's business. But, indeed, it was interesting to try to interpret what they were talking about. However, all I ever managed to catch was " Eat " and " Long John's (?) ". Okay, reached Vivo and walked around, burning off calories to work up our appetite, as we wernt really hungry or something. Went to some bookshop to get a year's supply of pens. Okay, not really. Finally settled for Long John's ( Familliar eh ) . Didnt eat much, was still rather full from breakfast.
Decided to catch a movie. Well, it was a really last minute thing, as we didnt really want to go back yet. So... " Marley And Me" wouldnt be one of the best movies you'd settle for, it was really draggy, albeit with a splash of melancholy in the ending. It lasted for a freaking 2 hours and 15 minutes and I swear I was trying to keep myself awake. Took 188 back after the movie and headed for tuition. I hate trigonometry.
Yesterday was fun. I mean, with a girl chatting on the phone with her supposedly "boyfriend" , and two other jokers trying to spam messages to each other via messenger. I wouldnt really think it was really productive. Was hungry, so got Bernard to go down to some nearby bakery to get bread to the library. I could still remember the name of the bakery. "Roti Tiam"Hmm, all the creative names Singaporeans could think up of. Managed to smuggle bread up to the library without getting caught. Did all sorts of nonsensical things in the library and finally left because hunger was getting the better out of the rest.
Went to MacDonalds where french fries were being massacred. To conclude the day, I was being squeezed in some MRT which had an air-condition temperature setting of five hundred degrees, with some five million other retarded people in the same carriage.
Woke up at 6 today as though it was a normal school day for band exchange. Reached Henderson Secondary School at around 8.30. Did balloting and amazingly, NHSB was the first band to perform. How wonderful. Being the first band to show " OMG LOOK AT MY BAND, WE SUCK" Okay, no i'm seriously kidding. Honestly speaking, we didnt really perform that well. I could definitely hear the basses in the other band's performance. But the bass of our band was barely prominent and i doubt it could be heard. Many people were falling asleep througout the whole performance. While the sick band seated next to us which got GWH for their previous SYF judging was busily
Well, a week or two to syf. Gotta improve. Reached back school at around 1.30, famished. Having wanted to eat at Cityvibe initially, I realised I had to meet my cousin at Woodlands, so decided to have lunch there instead. Guess i'll be going there tomorrow again. Oh gosh, its boring now. Why is he so irritating ? -.-
